Vestra Webisolutions retains the right to showcase the project as part of its portfolio.
All source files, frameworks, or plugins remain the intellectual property of Vestra Webisolutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials, access, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Vestra Webisolutions is not responsible for any delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
Vestra Webisolutions shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee specific rankings or results for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
1.6 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Refund Policy

Once a project has been started and resources have been allocated, no full refund will be issued.
Partial refunds may be considered if the project is in its initial stage and no major work has been delivered.

3.3 Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
3.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
