- Webisolution will only be used to help you get verified on Instagram.
- Webisolution does not guarantee that your account will get verified, we only guarantee that we'll submit your account to Instagram and deliver you PR articles/a case study depending on the package you choose.
- Verification submissions are sent to Instagram via a Media Partner Panel. Webisolution works together with a third party that has access to this Media Partner Panel and who submits the verification requests on Webisolution's behalf.

2. Payment processor
- Payments are processed using a secure checkout, with no sensitive financial information being saved to our servers. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
- You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or claim. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or claim, we receive the right, if necessary, to remove the Webisolution form your account, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address as well as take down any published PR articles.

3. Registration
- You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

4. Copyright
- You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Webisolution website without the written consent of a Webisolution representative.

5. Liabilities
- Webisolution is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram.

6. Disclaimer
- Webisolution will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Webisolution makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Webisolution uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.

7. Change of terms
- This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. No further notice by Webisolution is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

Refund Policy
Since Webisolution is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the services are rendered.

Webisolution cannot guarantee that your submitted Instagram profile will be verified on Instagram as a result of purchasing our service(s). While we'll do our absolute best to get you verified, the decision is ultimately made by Instagram and we cannot, in any way, influence the outcome.As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Cancellation policy
Due to the nature of the Services offered, we cannot cancel or reverse the Services rendered. If you're not satisfied with your purchase we'd be happy to look into a partial refund of your purchase, please reach out to info@webisolution.com with your username + email.
